Welcome to The Don Cigar Catering. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Age Requirement

Our services involve the handling and distribution of tobacco products.

  • Strict Policy: You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction) to book our services or browse this website.

  • By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a formal service agreement has been signed.

  • Payments: All balances must be paid in full by the date specified in your service contract (typically prior to the event start).

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on cigar market availability, guest count adjustments, or travel requirements.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, because we curate specific inventory for your event:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

4. Event Environment & Safety

  • Venue Compliance: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the venue permits cigar smoking. The Don Cigar Catering is not responsible for fines or ejections resulting from venue policy violations.

  • Safety: Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears overly intoxicated or who is acting in an unsafe or disrespectful manner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, photography, and text—is the property of The Don Cigar Catering and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Don Cigar Catering provides premium products and professional rollers/hosts. However, we are not liable for any health issues, property damage, or accidents related to the consumption of tobacco or the use of lighters/cutters at your event.

  • Attendance and participation in cigar catering are at the guest's own risk.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Don Cigar Catering and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event, except in cases of gross negligence by our staff.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, NJ.
