General Service

What is "Cigar Catering"? Think of it like a high-end open bar, but for premium cigars. We provide a curated selection of cigars, professional cutters, lighters, and a knowledgeable "Cigar Aficionado" to assist your guests and enhance the atmosphere of your event.

Do you provide help at the events, or just leave a table?  Both! Depending on the package you select for your event, we can supply all the materials needed to setup a beautifully memorable experience, or have a number of our Tobacconists on site to help select, cut, and light the cigars. It’s a fantastic conversation starter and a visual highlight for any event.

How long does a typical service last? Our standard catering packages usually cover 2 to 4 hours of service, but we are happy to customize the duration to fit your event schedule.

Planning & Logistics

Do I need to provide the cigars? Nope! We handle everything. We bring a selection of premium, aged cigars based on the package you choose. If you have a specific brand or vitola (size) in mind, just let us know and we’ll do our best to source it.

What do I need to provide for the setup? We are mostly self-sufficient! We typically need a small designated area (roughly 6x6 feet) and, depending on the package. If the event is outdoors at night, we’ll just need a bit of lighting to see what we’re doing.

Can you set up indoors? This depends entirely on your venue’s smoking policy. We are happy to set up in outdoor lounges, heated tents, or indoor cigar bars. Please confirm with your venue coordinator before booking.

Policies & Guests

What if my guests don’t know how to smoke a cigar? That’s why we’re there! Our tobacconists are experts at teaching beginners how to properly cut, light, and enjoy a cigar without being intimidated. We love introducing people to the craft.

Is there a minimum guest count? We cater everything from intimate bachelor parties of 10 to corporate galas of 500+. No event is too small for a touch of class.

Are your services legal for all ages? Strictly 21 and over. We do not serve minors, and we reserve the right to check IDs if a guest appears to be under the legal age.
